Shipping Times and Estimates

 

Same-Day shipping on most orders placed Monday-Friday by 12PM EST, North Carolina time. This can vary depending upon address verification, holidays, etc. No weekend shipments. 

 

All orders will ship within 24 business hours. There is no Saturday or Sunday shipment.

 

If you select "PayPal Manual Invoice" as a payment method, this will delay the shipment time of your item. The 24 hour handling period does not start until payment is received. If you would like a faster handling time, please pay with credit or debit card. Handling time may also be delayed by holidays, address verification errors or payment issues.

 

Address Errors

 

Please make sure the billing address on the card you are paying with is the exact same as the one you enter on our website. If there is a mismatch, I will be notified, and this may delay your order. 

 

Please also make sure your shipping address is 100% correct before you place your order. More than likely we are not able to change a shipping address after an order has been placed, even if you email or text us. Orders are shipped as soon as possible, and your message may not be seen in time. You as the buyer are responsible for entering the correct billing and shipping address. No refunds are given in these cases.

 

Domestic Shipments

 

USPS First Class usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. 

 

USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive, depending on your location. 

 

USPS Priority Mail Express takes 1-3 days, depending on your location. It is not a guaranteed overnight or one day delivery. It only guarantees the time that is stated on the USPS service commitments page. This time starts after the package is scanned into the USPS system. Local Pickups

 

Unfortunately, local pickup is not a service we offer. We are an online-only store. Thank you.

 

USPS International Shipments

 

USPS First Class International usually take up to 45 days for delivery, depending upon customs and the country being shipped to.

 

USPS Priority Mail International can take up to 30 days, depending upon customs and the country being shipped to.

 

USPS Priority Mail Express can take up to 20 days, depending upon customs and the country being shipped to.

 

Free Shipping

 

Free USPS First Class is offered on all domestic orders over $40.

 

Free USPS Priority mail is offered on certain products when you buy 2+ or 3+ of them. More info can be found on each product's page.

 

There are no free shipping options for international orders at this time.

 

Advisement: All orders may be delayed in transit by unforeseen circumstances, such as construction, weather and mechanical failure.

Customs Taxes and Fees

 

All buyers assume the responsibility for any and all customs duties, taxes and fees. Be advised that we do not calculate these prior to shipment, and it is your responsibility to know and pay these amounts. In addition, if an item is seized by customs, we will not refund or replace the product or shipping costs. You as the buyer are responsible for knowing what items may or may not be imported into your country.

 

Returns/Replacements

 

Returns are only authorized for products which are unopened. Under no circumstance will we grant a refund or replacement for opened or used products. We do no offer refunds or replacement because a product does not work for you. While we make every effort to sell products that everyone will enjoy, we all have different genetic makeups. Unopened products must be returned within 14 days of shipment.

 

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you order, and the order is refused or returned to sender, then shipping costs are deducted from the total. You are responsible for entering your address correctly. Once an item is returned back to us, it will be inspected for damages or usage. This can take 2-5 business days. Once the item clears, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued. This can take an additional 3-7 business days to process, depending upon your payment processor.

 

All returns/refunds are at the sole discretion of Zach Attack Supplements LLC. Please contact us to request a return. Thank you.

 

Lost or Stolen Items

 

If you believe your item is lost, then please check the tracking before contacting me.This provides the most up to date details. If the tracking has not updated within a day or two, then please contact me. 

 

Very Important: If the tracking shows as delivered, then your package is considered to be delivered to you. There are no exceptions. Tracking is the only form of delivery verification available to us. 

 

In the event that you believe your package was stolen or was misdelivered, then the only way it can be covered is if you bought or received Shipsurance insurance. Zach Attack Supplements does not refund or replace stolen merchandise. This is explained below.

 

Package Protection - Shipsurance Insurance

 

If you feel like your package is going to be stolen or lost, or you would just like peace of mind, then we highly suggest purchasing the Shipsurance insurance for your order. This is offered on most items, and only costs $1 extra. You can spend $1, and have all of your order and shipping charges covered in the event that something goes wrong. If you do not purchase insurance for your order, then you have no coverage in the event that your package is lost or stolen. USPS priority insurance does not cover lost or stolen merchandise unless the tracking shows as not delivered.

 

Chargebacks

 

We at Zach Attack Supplements LLC take chargebacks/fraud very seriously. If you chargeback an order because you are dissatisfied with how we handled the situation, were denied a return/refund or for any other reason, then we will follow through to the furthest extent of the law to recover losses and any fees from legal proceedings.
