Phenibut vs. Gaba: What's the Difference?

Hello phenibut lovers!

GABA and phenibut supplements have both been touted as being amazing supplements.....but what's the difference?

I'm here to easily explain the differences between the two.

The main difference between GABA and phenibut is that phenibut is able to cross the blood-brain barrier. But what exactly does this mean? It means phenibut is going to be more effective than GABA because more of the substance will be able to get to the brain to be effective. GABA, on the other hand, cannot effectively cross the blood-brain barrier. In other words, you'd have to take a lot more GABA to feel effects, if anything at all. This is in the range of 3,000-5,000mg+. Whereas, you could take 250-1,000mg of phenibut and feel the effects.

This is why you have to be careful when you buy phenibut because there are buyers who will try to pass off GABA as phenibut, even though they are different. That's why we provide only authentic, lab tested phenibut found in powder here and capsules here
