CBD Oil Recipes: CBD Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Posted by Zach Attack Supplements on Feb 7th 2020

If a person has a sweet tooth there is nothing better than a dessert that contains both chocolate and peanut butter. Some cookies can be made from this combination, bars, cakes, and even chocolate covered nuts. Peanut butter chocolate bars are a tasty dessert and can be enjoyed by many. The Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars can be made with CBD oil so that a person can balance out the earthy taste of the oil with the sweetness of the dessert.

These bars are going to take around 15 minutes of prep time to make. They will need to bake for around 20 to 25 minutes. Most people like to allow the bars to sit at least an hour to cook and to firm up before eating. Others cannot wait and want to cut into the bars right away.

Ingredients needed for the Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars:

½ cup vegetable oil (canola oil can also be used)

½ cup vegetable oil infused with full spectrum CBD oil, which you can buy here.

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter

1 egg

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup flour

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (blocks of semisweet chocolate that has been crushed can also be used)

1 scoop of peanut butter cookie flavored Redcon1 MRE protein.

To make these bars heat the oven to 350 degrees while preparing the recipe. A baking pan should be greased. It can then be put to the side.

In a bowl, mix the vegetable oil, the CBD infused oil, the egg, peanut butter, brown sugar, and the vanilla. Using an electric mixture, beat the batter until it is smooth and everything is mixed in well.

Add the flour to the batter. Mix until the flour is fully incorporated. Once the batter is mixed well, pour it into the prepared greased baking pan. Once the batter is in the pan, make sure it is even. Top the mixture with the chocolate chips or the chocolate pieces.

Put the pan with the mixture into the oven. Allow it to cook for 20 to 25 minutes. To test if the bars are done, insert a clean fork into the center. If the fork comes out clean, then the bars are done. If the fork still has a mixture of it, the bars need a couple of more minutes to cook. Remove the pan from the oven. Allow the bars to cool for at least 30 minutes, or until they are cool enough to touch without getting burnt.

Once cooled, use a sharp knife and cut the mixture into bars. A person can get around 16 nice sized bars. There will be a nice taste of peanut butter on the bottom with the taste of chocolate on the top.

There can be some variations to the recipe. A person can add some CBD oil to the mixture in addition to the infused vegetable oil. This will give it an even stronger flavor. These bars are great to enjoy on their own or they can be lightly dusted with powdered sugar. They can also be put into the refrigerator so the chocolate becomes stiff. Our
